HOUSE RULES • No Parties or events allowed. • Maximum number of guests allowed on property or overnight is 12. • No Smoking or Vaping of any kind or permitted inside the house or on the decks. If smoke is detected there will be a $750 Ozone Smoke Removal Fee charged. • No Pets Allowed. We love dogs, but leave ours at home. If you bring a pet there will be a charge of $750 per pet. • Quiet Times: 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect our neighbors and how noise carries across the water. **NOTE** - We require our guests to sign a rental agreement. It is a requirement of our insurance - Lake Martin water levels are lowered from November through March. Our dock is not accessible by boat during this time but can be accessible by kayak. - The driveway is steep but the parking is flat for 4 to 6 cars depending on their size. We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if any unforeseen circumstances arise!
Interaction with guests
We will always be available during your stay but will leave you alone to enjoy your vacation. There is one outdoor security camera for the safety of the house and our guests.

Best rental we have ever had! This home had every item we needed during our stay! The house is incredibly spacious and well designed. There is plenty of room for a large family or group to enjoy. We loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen and eating outside overlooking the lake. There are extra touches such as a griddle which make breakfast a breeze! Every detail is covered in this new and very clean home. Great communication from the host. Go ahead and rent this beautiful home!

We loved our stay at this Lake Martin house! It is a BEAUTIFUL home and very spacious. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was great. The hosts were very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to messages. I brought a group of teenage girls from church and they loved the house and had plenty of room. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an incredible weekend stay at this lake house. The house was SO beautiful and immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, the paddle boards, and kayak. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit at night. We will definitely be back. The hosts were very communicative and we loved everything about this place.

Can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Spacious, clean, well stocked on supplies. Hosts communication was delightful and helpful. Home itself had plenty of fun from fire pit to hot tub to ping pong table. Kids enjoyed bunk beds while adults enjoyed wine on the back porch overlooking the lake. Thanks for hosting us!
